Tag Heuer, our very favourite watch brand has come up with yet another showstealer. Welcome, TAG Heuer Meriidist.
The avant garde Meriidist is not just a watch but also a mobile phone. As the tag line goes, it gets time in your hand. The essential watch functions like Bi-directional hour display dedicated to time, Chronograph measuring the 1/100th of a second, with a Laptimer function, Perpetual calendar, Countdown, World clock, Alarm etc. are all part of this beautiful phone.
The Meriidist is a very user friendly phone with a simple user interface, Mechanical Sliding Camera Shutter, Unique Secondary Top Screen to address time and incoming calls.
The curved, straight lines and angles make it very aesthetically appealing and very individualistic. It also comes with an all in one USB plug that helps to recharge from mains, computer and exchange data. I guess this is by far one of the most elegant and classy looking mobile phones we have seen. Thumbs up to Tag Heuer Meriidist.
The Tag Heuer Meridiist will be hand assembled from 430 components and constructed from corrosion-resistant, watch making 316L steel. The displays are protected by unscratchable 60.5 carats sapphire crystal. The Tag Heuer Meridiist will be available in September in selected watch and Jewelry stores and Tag Heuer Boutiques for around £3000. via:gizmodiva
